When was the last time you took a few minutes to reflect upon yourself and your current situation and actually ASSESSED it?
Not very recently, was it? With this short book (only 27 pages), I am going to make it very easy for you. I will be using quotes from 10 extremely successful people to inspire and motivate you to THINK and REFLECT about what you want and then I ask you to spend a few minutes each day looking at your own notes!

There will be 10 quotes on each page. After those quotes, I will provide my thoughts and reflections about those quotes, (with the intention of getting your beautiful mind working). Under my reflections will be an empty box for you to fill. You will most likely be wasting your time if you just read the book, nothing in your life will change then, you have to reflect and write your thoughts down!!
Rarely do we reflect on things these days, as we are “too busy” doing other things (like talking on the phone whilst surfing the internet or something equally important). I therefore want you to use the inspiration from these quotes, not just by reading them once (or by listening to them once on a podcast or on the internet) and then forgetting about them.
You must think about what they mean to you and write those thoughts down in the empty box else you are wasting your time and I don’t want you to do that!!
The whole idea of this short book is for you to reflect on these very profound quotes that can change your life, as they have changed mine. After reading one set of quotes, sit down for a few minutes and think. Let your mind wander and then write down your thoughts. By doing this you are memorizing your reflections whilst making them readily available to you (just open this book again). If you do this on every page (it’s only 27 pages) and then go back through your notes/thoughts, you will see a clear pattern of your thoughts. That’s what happened to me! “We become what we think about” is a commonly used phrase and now you have your own thoughts written-down black on white!
If you are there already (living the life of the thoughts you have written down) and that’s the way you want to live, you are one of the lucky few and I salute you! Most of us (just like I did when I did this about a year ago) most likely realize that we unfortunately are not. The good thing then, is that when you have it written down, you can easily go back (ideally, twice per day) and reflect upon your notes/thoughts and reflections to ingrain them in your mind!
Slowly but surely this will become a habit of your subconscious mind, (just like they did for me) leading the way to reality!
The best thing about this little book is that it is so easy to read, short, hands-on and can change your life forever. By listening and learning from the best and by reflecting on those quotes and your own notes every day, slowly but surely you will be making your thoughts on those quotes your own reality!
If this book doesn’t bring you anything but a few instances of actual contemplation, I am still happy with that but if you do it properly, I guarantee you it will give you much more insights in to what in life is truly important to you and what you really want out of life!
